Couples

Your partnership is a system that needs tune-ups and maintenance over time.

As two individuals coming together with unique histories, it can be challenging to figure out a way to embrace each other’s differences while developing a deeper understanding of one another.

Whether you are in a new relationship looking to establish foundational skills or have been married for decades and are in a new chapter of life, therapy is a space to carve out time to invest in your relationship and continue to learn about one another.

Family Therapy

Our therapists are ready to link arms with families in a coaching capacity.

Parenting is one of the most challenging jobs, and it's perfectly normal to feel overwhelmed at times. Nearly every parent can feel daunted by the question: How do I best support my child(ren)?

That's where parent groups come into play. Come find a community of parents who are here to empower and guide you in becoming a confident family leader while supporting your child's age-appropriate development.

Adolescents

Adolescents need a space to feel heard and validated. Their internal and external worlds are changing fast, and can feel lonely at times. We work closely with young adults to build a strong sense of self as they navigate how they show up for themselves and with others.

Therapy may address:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • School issues, such as grades or preparing for college

  • Family conflict

  • Bullying

  • Trauma

  • Sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity

  • Dating issues)
